I bought a wood wheel from autowoods, nice stuff and great guy. I then found a company owned buy Brad Dassow-he owns the three below.. Also sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I really need help as this upsets me and not sure what I can do.

The point is I wanted my passenger grab handle to match or be close to the wood on the wheel. I told him what I wanted and he said he could do it and it would close he even said he knew what color by the pictures and the description of the wood color from auto woods-Walnut. Well it didn't match at all and looks bad. He said he told me no guarantee on the color match, and I thought he meant no guarantee on color from the pictures matching the wheel, but he said if I didn't like it he redo it for the same amount again. Also there is a low crease on one side of the clear coat and a piece of dirt on the other. Can I call my credit card company and argue I didn't get what I paid for and that the color is totally wrong? Also it was my part he modified. I asked him why the color did not match the picture and his answer for everything was sorry I said it "no guarantee on the color", not sure what to do and if I can argue it out with the cc company or not. Acutally I used my debit card, so I might be stuck.... Here are the pictures I send him and the ones of the handle. Maybe I am asking to mutch in quality from people and companies? I don't know... He also doesn't have any disclamers on the site about color variations...
