Need help picking a sealer after using a densifier

Last fall I poured a new floor in my 40x64 shop. The slab was power troweled. The day after the slab was poured I used an Ashford Formula densifier on the slab.

I'm looking for a low/no maintenance sealer to use over the densifier. It is a working shop and will see all automotive fluids, road salts, hydraulic fluid. I also do some welding and fab work so it will need to stand up to the hot slag. It would also be nice if it can reduce tire marks.

What you are looking for is a high performance sealer like our Nohr-S.

I want to note, not even your bare concrete can take hot-slag without popping. Hot slag vs. cold concrete equals: pop!

Get some gauge metal to slide under your work when cutting with a torch.

TLPPC requires no grinding or etching. It is a penetrating sealer with a low solids, non-yellowing urethane designed to do exactly what you are looking for. Because of the way it penetrates you basically have to damage the concrete to damage it. Plus you get a sheen, depending on # of coats.

If you want to do THREE coats and PHOTO and/or VIDEO the entire project from beginning to end I would give you a 25% rebate. Check out the testing attached

We have had many people use our SPGX 1 part polyurea on top of a densifier with excellent results and zero prep. Cost is net in the 30 cent/ ft range.

You really don't have pics of the gloss change yet? Still trying to wrap my head around what it's going to do to the pad in the the front of my house that I have to protect from commercial corten planters and driveway (after a good pressure wash, of course) [pardon the mess; we are in the middle of a total landscape scrape and redo]

Thanks for the suggestions so far. At the moment I'm leaning towards a product like TLPPC due to the prep. I would prefer to just pressure wash as prep and not need to acid etch or grind the floor first.
