No company names or ID plates, Ill send $10 paypal to anyone that can help, or you can help out of the goodness of your heart....

Give us some more pictures at various angles close ups and zoom outs so we could see the handles on it.

Ya got me.... Looks as if it's for a thin mil product application. If it was for traffic lines, it would be much thinner in width. I've seen those and it's a lot smaller tool. Lets us know if you find what this contraption is. gene Elite Crete Indiana

With all the rollers, it's for some type of fabric or material. I doubt it is for a road.

What is making it look white? Paint overspray or just the aluminum? And where did you pick it up from?

More pics would help to identify.

Looks like an old industrial wallpaper glueing machine to me. I've seen a couple similar to that. You put a rolling glue tray under the lower rollers.

The thing about the wallpaper idea is that its on rolling casters, so its for the ground or a floor, not a wall, Im almost positive its for paved surfaces, gym floors, indoor concrete, etc... and there are no trays to hold glue or water, and I really doubt any parts are missing, although in the third picture you can clearly see a rack that may have held something.... its about 42" long without the handle, 32" wide and 36" tall, all the parts are there, there is a weird handle on it by the bottom that seems to be fixed in place, but its at an odd angle and it definitely has a rubber handle piece on it, its made of aluminum, and the rollers are white plastic except for the one on top which is a little softer, spongier, foam-like material, I picked it up of ebay as a local pickup for $50 because the guy wouldnt ship it and couldnt id it, I figured if I could ID it, it has to be worth more than what I paid, also, it looks like a small outfit custom made these, using the Jepson drill as the drive, I say that because the parts look custom fabricated, but there were definitely more than one made because the craftsmanship is exceptional and the design was obviously duplicated...

I seriously doubt it is for paved surfaces. It doesn't look like it would hold up to the rigors of pavement.

Did you buy it for the drill motor or buy it, just to buy it?

I'm with Jim, it looks like something used to apply wallpaper. Like I said before, some type of fabric or paper is fed through the rollers. The wheels on the bottom is just for ease of moving it around.

What does it do when you plug it in? By that I mean what does the motor run? All of the rollers or just for adjusting something up and down?

The rolling casters are heavy duty. They can stand up to payment. The drill only runs a chain tha turns the first roller thats black and a more spongier material, it is the thickest roller and the one above it adjusts up and down, much thicker than for wallpaper, also the rollers are not wide enough for wallpaper that I've ever seen, i bought this for resale.

If it was something for pavement, I seriously doubt they would be running an extension cord. Mainly for the fact that most pavement equipment is either ran by gas or diesel. Using something in a road, parking lot or long driveway, they wouldn't want to mess with a cord.

If you are adamant that it is used for the paving industry, check with your city or county to see if they know what it is or if they have one.

I'm not adamant about anything, just don't think its for walls, I've built runways for the military and never saw anything like it...

The way the drill is protected and with the protection system on the power lead makes me think there was a lot of moisture/water around or it was made to withstand rain.

Also of it was used with adhesive, there would be evidence of it somewhere, there is no evidence of any waxed, glues, paints, oils, etc... And the tool has definitely been used. I wish we all cleaned our tools that well, but let's face it, we dont....lol
