The thing about the wallpaper idea is that its on rolling casters, so its for the ground or a floor, not a wall, Im almost positive its for paved surfaces, gym floors, indoor concrete, etc... and there are no trays to hold glue or water, and I really doubt any parts are missing, although in the third picture you can clearly see a rack that may have held something.... its about 42" long without the handle, 32" wide and 36" tall, all the parts are there, there is a weird handle on it by the bottom that seems to be fixed in place, but its at an odd angle and it definitely has a rubber handle piece on it, its made of aluminum, and the rollers are white plastic except for the one on top which is a little softer, spongier, foam-like material, I picked it up of ebay as a local pickup for $50 because the guy wouldnt ship it and couldnt id it, I figured if I could ID it, it has to be worth more than what I paid, also, it looks like a small outfit custom made these, using the Jepson drill as the drive, I say that because the parts look custom fabricated, but there were definitely more than one made because the craftsmanship is exceptional and the design was obviously duplicated...
