Need help wiring a L1430T Baldor compressor

Compressor has 4 leads coming out, 2 runs and 2 starts. What do I need to get this thing going? thanks

Pics and more info would help. Does it have a motor starter box, or is it just a pressure switch straight to the motor. What hp is is?

Make, model, other compressor info would also help.

Yes, I would definitely get a magnetic starter. Of the four wires, they are bunched together in pairs, so you really only hook up two wires if I remember correctly. Anyway, the details should be on the inside of the electric cover plate of the motor.
