I used VCT on the sidewall, with a nice bead of color matched caulk. At the garage door, I used a piece of aluminum carpet bar and drilled anchors into the floor.

I just used wood trim and painted it. Turned out alright.

My neighbor donated VCT leftovers from his flooring company for my shop, but I went with epoxy. Will use the VCT in the home garage.

However, he gave me a product called Rubermyte for the trim.

I bought a rubber strip made for that purpose at Lowes. Glued it down with Bulldog. Works perfectly.

Angled Carpet bar, I got mine from a local carpet store in 12' sections.
I then used plastic anchors and stainless steel screws to install it.

I'll check for some pictures of it.

I looked at HD for a "Threshold" for the 16' door. They really didn't have anything. I stopped at the local garage door place, they have the rubber strip material "Weathertech"? It was $5.75 per foot, would have been like $90.00, to do the 16' door.(it comes with it's own glue)

I am entertaining the thought of using a 16' piece of 5/4 deck board? The compsosite stuff, made from recycled plastic? Stand it up on the table saw, put a nice lead on the front and back. Countersink some "Tapcons", and use some "Liquid Nails"?

I just need to trap the leading egde of the VCT, and block some of the dirt and leaves, from blowing in off of the driveway. But in this senario, I would need to run the VCT under the door, and the 5/4 would sit just in front of the door (driveway side of door), when it is closed. I am not sure I want the door closing on the VCT? Not sure why, I just didn't envision it that way.
