So I was replacing lower control arms on my 89 5.0L mustang, but the bolt is seized in the bushing. I have been recommended to just use a sawzall and cut it off on either end. This is turning out to be much bigger of a chore than I realized, I got the end of the bolt chopped off, but I used all 5 milwaukee metal cutting blades.
And on top of that, that was the easy side, the other side I need to cut would have to first pass through the metal part of the bushing, then through the beefy 12mm bolt. I am wondering which sawzall blade I should purchase as the milwaukee I tried had no noticeable effect on cutting through the bushing.
Thanks!
