need some very small wire brushes to go in my die grinder, those at the box store are way to big, even the small ones. I need like hobby stuff. I got to clean and polish some aluminum casting, the small stones and sand paper are closer to size but they didnt work, the aluminum is rough casting so Im trying to smooth out the radius. The regular size work great in the open area. need smaller. you think hobby lobby have any. HF didnt

But they're meant to be used by hand. How about Dremel/rotary bits? You'll need a 1/4" to 1/8" collet adapter though for your die grinder.
I'm confused though, you said wire brushes but then you mentioned wanting to polish aluminum & the casting is rough. Wire brushes aren't going to smooth a rough surface nor will they even polish (not a high luster polish).

Solo Brushes has every kind of brush imaginable. Scanning quickly, I noticed stainless steel tube brushes starting at .020" diameter, hand feed and power feed. It has been a while since I ordered, but they used to have a minimum order ($50 ?). Having the minimum order means I have a good supply.
