Hey guys,
My name is West, 24 years old, and I live in Billings, MT.
I am currently in the planning stages for my shop/garage/home.
I will start another thread to discuss it but here is the gist.
60x120x20 ft steel building. The 40 ft on the left side is for an auto shop as I like to tinker and build everything from drag cars to mud trucks.
The 80 ft on the right will have a 10 ft ceiling and be garage/storage. Why 10 ft ceiling? Because I am wanting a 2nd floor above it. Here I am wanting to build a loft apartment, office, and large open area to have the pool table, ping pong, etc. It will have a full open layout except for the bathroom.
So yeah that is the plan. I am hoping I can do a lot of the work. (construction experience) and keep the cost for the entire project under $200,000.00 USD. Not bad for a 7,200 sq ft garage and 4,800 sq ft loft. A real house would eventually be built near this monstrosity...
I am starting a few companies to fund this and make my living.
