What do you plan to put / do in there? But, yeah, WOW, as others have noted.

Thanks for all the comments! Like everyone else, I have lots of toys, tools, and vehicles that will go in the garage.

Sorry for delays, with photof*cket (family friendly) trying to extort money this thread became frustrating. I understand raising your fees or starting to charge on free accounts but wouldn't you think it would be moving forward and not retroactive back to day one. I guess they will get their karma somehow..

So since I have no idea where I left off because I can't see any photos I am going to attach one with basically how it looks today. I am doing electrical and plumbing currently but that isn't real exciting to photograph so take my word for it.. All outside doors are now on so outside needs some finishing touches to building and landscaping but otherwise fairly complete.. Inside fun begins..

Where in AZ are you? Looks like Queen Creek/San Tan area.
Nice building. You did it right. Go big or don't bother. I find the cost to be minimal when going larger.

So I did the square footage, ceiling height, etc in a couple of lighting estimators online a while back and they estimated I needed between 30 and 36, 5000 lumin lights. I decided to put in 3 circuits of 3 outlets in the center of the main bay so a total of 9 which I can run 4 lights easily from each equaling the 36 required. I hung six of the lights to assist in my work schedule as once dark I was on portable lighting to do any work after sundown.

I believe if I put up all 36 lights I am going to be doing the a clark griswold when he turns on the exterior christmas lights on christmas vacation movie. Blinding and the local power company calling immmediately afterwards. Is this others experience as well??

here are a couple pics. It was pitch black outside when these were taken.

No, lots of light is good and you have options with your 3 circuits.
I have 22 dual T8s in 1300 sqft, 6 above benches, which is about 110,000L. scaling to your sqft that would be 120 5kL fixtures. I would think 36 in min.

Getting some flooring into the building. Commercial carpet on the loft/storage area, full flake epoxy stuff on garage floor areas and stem walls, and vinyl plank looks like wood but supposed to be very durable and water resistant for the living areas. vinyl is dirty in pic but you get the idea..
