Hey guys. I've done a lot of looking on this forum and decided to join. I have a few buildings I'm looking to finish and seeking some advice.
First is my 36x40 garage that has 12' sidewalls. I want it to be unique but not too crazy. It's still a garage. I don't want to use OSB to finish it at all. Was looking at drywall on the top 8' and aluminum diamond plate on the bottom 4'. Just don't know how well the drywall will hold up. Have also thought about wood paneling. What have you guys done and do you have any suggestions? It will mostly be used to work on motorcycles and small projects for the farm. The floor is another question. Between paint/epoxy, polish, stain...I'm just lost. Again I want it to look unique but don't think it should cost more per square foot than the concrete did. It has floor heat if that makes a difference.
Second are my shops. They are both 160x80. Trying to figure out a floor for them. They also have floor heat but will have a lot more traffic. Not vehicles but forklifts, skid steers, tractors, combines...ect. Really looking for something that can stand up to they wear and tear of everyday use and not show many tire marks but looks nice at e same time.
Thanks for the help in advance guys,
