New member from Canada

Hi all!

I just joined. I'm located in Ontario, Canada. I've had my house for just over 2 years. This is my first house, and with prices going the way they are I'm glad I got in when I did!

My house is about 90-100 years old and the garage I have is probably the same age. It has seen better days, but is structurally sound. I'm now in a position where I'm looking to either fix it up or tear it down completely and start fresh. More on that later

My house is only 67 years old and the detached garage is from 1985, if you believe what is written in the concrete slab.

WW: welcome to GJ and there are quite a few good members from your part of the world on here that you might talk to and actually meet some day in the future.

for now how about posting up a few pictures of your new place if you want to and if you need to get some answers do searches here on GJ in the sections you think the thread might be on or Google sometimes works better especially if it's an older thread.
