Are these usable in any of the shallower drawers in the HF44? Has anybody tried this? Can you upload a picture? Thanks!

I need a set in "BLACK" also.

PM me with PAYPAL payment info or what ever payment method you are using.

Also, just curious, what is the method, make & model of the machine you use to make these? Are you bending each wire & then welding?

I can see where this could be used as custom cable separators. They build a lot of instrumentation cabinets in my area.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Hey steve!
In The first batch each wire was bent on a di acro number 2 bender then welded individually. From now on They are made from 20ft lengths of wire to start. They are cut to size then spot welded with an automated 40kva acme in a jig to make the flat. Then press broken 4 times with a 140 ton hydraulic amada press break. Hope that helps. Just don't start making them and under cutting me! Haha

This is just an idea Matt. Advertise/list the price and dimensions in a signature line at the end of all of your posts. I think the price has only been mentioned a couple of times in 15 pages. Makes it easier for someone than searching through all the posts.

Nothing more than a mini dish drying rack and they make them almost that small. I have way to many pliers to waste that much space in a drawer for them. I would need a tool box dedicated to pliers if I used these racks. I have over 120 pairs in different drawers. I don't want to grab the business end of a piers. I want to grab the handle. They are backwards for my liking.

What do I know. I spent 2 years in design school.

I could be out of line here, but I have a few questions. Why did you feel the need to discredit the worthiness of this USA made product, produced by a member of our beloved forum? Why did you feel the need to mention your "120" pairs of pliers as if we are not worthy of your internet presence? Why did you feel the need to highlight your education in "design" despite your grammar being atrocious?

If the racks are not to your liking simply go back to the forum and find something you DO approve of. Thank You

Matt, I apologize for hijacking your thread and with your approval, would still like to purchase a set of racks. Please PM me your PayPal information at your convenience and I will be proud to show them off. Thank You again and congratulations on your success!

Hey Junkman. I'm going put in some serious work to get caught up here because I don't want to keep people that want custom colors waiting for a long time. I will be posting on the thread daily with my progress. I don't want to give you an exact date but I'm shooting for at LEAST a batch a day starting monday!

Matt,

I'm on batch six! That is nice!

The issue is the racks are expensive. Well, actually the filling of the racks is expensive.

    • First I picked up a plier set from the local Snappy driver.
    • Then I placed a good size order of Knipex pliers from German Hand-Tools.
    • Then last Friday a single Snappy score from my out-town-Snappy Driver.
    • Tomorrow a pair of pliers from the out-of-town Snappy driver.
    • Next Monday a single plier score from the local Snappy driver.

Honestly, those plier racks were inspiring to me to do a long overdue pliers upgrade.

Thanks,
Carl

You know, based on this and so many of your prior posts, it seems that you know just about everything. You've certainly turned bragging into a science.

Add me to the list for two sets. I'd prefer Orange, but if that is too long of a wait then black will do just fine.

Hey,Matt,
I've PM'd you a couple times but never heard back,so I'll do it this way. I'd like 2 sets any color or no color is okay ,too.I didn't see my name on any of the batch lists so I hope this doesn't screw things up. Man you have built yourself quite a little business, keep it up and you might have to go on "Shark Tank" to buid a factory. Good luck.

Mike
