Looks real good! What size....? tall . Any idea on a price comparison of the 4"x6" or 6"x6" treated posts vs the 2"x6" laminated post that are being used in the first picture? Thanks
looks nice. Having some pretty rough building weather the last few weeks (and the forecast doesn't look too pretty. South of town?

Awesome! Hopefully our weather holds out a bit longer. Who's building it?
Foltz buildings are first class, spend any time at the Cormorant Pub?
On the inside there is a green treated 2 x 6 laying flat between the poles and on the exterior there is a vertical 2 x 6 attached to the outside of the poles. The top of the vertical 2 x 6 is approximately flush with the top of the flat 2 x 6. The concrete will be poured to the bottom of the flat 2 x 6. This 2 x 6 will also serve as the bottom nailer for the inside wall panels. I added extra vertical kickers below the vertical 2 x 6 that was installed on the exterior of the poles. 2" foam insulation is installed on the inside of the kicker boards between the poles. The reason for the extra boards is to hold the 2" foam in place while adding fill.how does the concrete finish up at the bottom of the walls
Where do the floors drains drain to - just where they sit, or is there an unseen piping system?
