25 year old craftsman / generac 1750 PSI 2 GPM that is getting near the end. It runs and pumps well but not worth putting any money into at this point. I need to do all the walks and driveway - thinking it may or may not make it considering how it is not a heavy duty unit. Last time it took a full 8 hours day running at full to do that. Just a feeling. Used mostly to wash the car but when something heavier is needed, a small electric won't work. CA is outlawing ICE engines in six months, so it needs to be now or never. Sam's Club has a Simpson 61219 MS (2.5 GPM 3400 PSI) on sale for $339. The specs are fine but there are a lot of people with the same model bought elsewhere who have had problems. The local mower dealer will have some recommendations I am sure but they carry some really unusual brands in those. Does anyone have 2023 recommendations for a well-built, reliable pressure washer where parts will be available in 5 - 8 years? The one I have now has a variable tip on it unlike the new ones with switch the tip designs.
