Have a Pro 7-piece set on the way, thanks to this thread. We have a 300' gravel driveway, uphill in the middle. I've read the entire thread and done other searching, but I'm still not quite sure the best way to get the cabinets from the curb to my garage. Hope some of you who have been through this can help. Seems best option is if I luck out and truck is small enough to convince driver to drop at garage. Beyond that, I'm not sure. Are the 310 lb tall cabinets manageable on a hand truck? I could rent a trailer, unpack at curb onto trailer? Not sure about the big cabinets though. Any advice?
Depending on the hand truck, it could be manageable, but I would also use a strap and/or second pair of hands to help keep it stable on the hand truck.

What if you pay the driver $50 cash to deliver them up your driveway. The cabinets come on a pallet and they are heavy. Not sure a hand truck is going to cut it.

That's the best outcome, for sure - will attempt that and hope for the best.

What are you waiting on? I ordered a pro set 2 weeks ago and have a delivery date for this sunday.

Got 'em today. 166 days from order to delivery.

Seems like I got everything and nothing is damaged - that I've seen thus far.

Unfortunately installing them was my winter project and winter is long gone. So, till next year..

I paid $199 for the "white glove" which was well worth it as the delivery crew did all the work to get it into the garage as shown and they brought their truck 800 ft down my driveway to do it. Had them unload and unpack the big stuff but left the shelves, etc. in the boxes till I can get to them. They would have unpacked everything if that's what you wanted.

You’ll have to let us know how those tool kits/trays work out.

I'm nowhere near 166 days, but did your tracking info say that it was delivered well before the actual delivery date? My ETA was the 24th. On the 25th, it said it was delivered, but I haven't received it or been contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery date/time. The phone number that Newage intially provided for me to contact the courier is out of service. My previous emails to Newage were responded to promptly, but I haven't received a reply to my delivery inquiry that I sent on the 26th. I called them on the 27th and they said they were able to contact the courier with a different phone number and there is a backlog at their warehouse and that it hasn't left yet. Their package tracking seems to be more of a rough guesstimate rather than an actual tracking service.

Tool tray/cut-out quality is great however tool quality itself is Harbor Freight-ish. Should be adequate for occasional/light work.

No, it did not say delivered prior to delivery. The only way I got a real response and action from NewAge was by using social media. I had e-mailed them several times and not gotten much in the way of response, but one day on Facebook I just replied to someone complaining about lengthy delays with something like "me too, it's been ** days" and all of sudden I got multiple e-mails and the items shipped the same week.

I never tried the social media avenue, but I sent NewAge another email just yesterday asking if they had another, preferrably in service phone number for the courier company. The emailed hasn't been responded to, but today I received a phone call from the courier company saying they can deliver by Tuesday next week and that I will receive another call on Monday to confirm with a 3-hour time window.

Does anyone happen to have a picture of the red pro series cabinets next to a red US General Series 2 box? I'm trying to see how closely they would match...

I wall mounted everything except for the two tool chests that my worktops rest on. I wasn't able to get them perfectly level and was off by 1/8 of an inch. Also I currently have two legs on top of two hockey pucks as my garage is very sloped but eventually will extend the levling legs w/ threaded rod and a connector. Very pleased so far.

Does anybody have any good photos of the inside of the pro five drawer cabinet? Specifically the inside where the drawer slide attaches? New Age has a new seven drawer cabinet, and I want to see if there’s variable mounting locations so that I can mix-and-match the drawers between the two units. I tried asking their customer service, and they weren’t much help.

Here are photos of my pro five-drawer cabinet. It looks like the drawer slide locations are fixed.

Thanks for the reply. That’s a bummer. It would have been nice to swap drawers around for symmetry. I’m sure it could be done, just don’t know if it would be worth it to cut up brand new cabinets.

Mine finally arrived after several months of waiting on the backordered stainless steel worktop. I paid to have it installed, but it's been hard to get NewAge to schedule, so I'm thinking maybe I'll do it myself. I plan to do a wall mounted setup above the stem wall. Can't wait!

Finished my cabinet install today. I completed the install casually over a 3 day period. It was really not difficult at all and I'm glad I got an $840 refund for the install portion I had originally paid for. The first locker practically requires 2 people, but once it is installed, it's easy to build onto it by first bolting to the locker and then mounting to the wall. Removing the doors makes reaching everything much easier. Besides a small dent on the bottom of one of the lockers and one of the doors not staying closed as well as the others, I'm very happy with the product. At this price point, I didn't expect perfection but also feel like I received a high quality product.

How did you attach the Bold cabinets to the wall I can't find anything from newage on that.

Sorry for the delayed reply, Warren. I used the provided lag bolts and washers. I predrilled and then impacted them in. The back of the cabinets is horizontally slotted, so you can hit studs! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I know this is an advertiser's thread but I must say I'm very happy with my Pro grade cabinets. Been using them for 6 years and never regretted the purchase. I installed them myself with little issue.

Quick question: did you just throw up a temporary ledger board to line them all up? That's what I'm thinking of doing vs. trying to level each one. I'm only going about 6" of the floor - just enough to clean under.

I just got started mounting a set of bold cabinets thx the input from @sed335i & @draco_1967.

I am awaiting a new base cabinet to replace one that was damaged during shipment and still deciding on floating the rolling cart since this will be the heaviest with tools.

To answer your question I did not use a temporary ledger. I picked up a pair of labor saving arm lifts on Amazon to help lift the wall locker in place.

Looking good! I would say, if you are going to load the roller up with tools, put some kind of under support (legs, ledger, etc.) to help support the weight.
Those are a good idea! I used a motorcycle jack like this one:

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I am looking for another garbage bin that fits in the pro cabinets?

This thread has been awfully quiet since July '22. Odd that it just died off. I've recently moved and am setting up my new Bold sets and am looking for mounting and placement ideas.

Might have missed it, has anyone stacked the lower drawer sections on the Bold 3.0 to make one taller drawer unit (using one set of casters, or even installing it fixed in place. I'm buying the 12 piece set from Costco, would prefer to not have the two drawer sections under the work bench. Instead, I'll put my two stereo speakers there, and then the stereo components either in one of the upper boxes, or perhaps one of the two lower cabinets.
