OK: I had the local rep drop off samples of Racedeck tiles. As nice as they were they seemed "noisy." So I visited a local dealership of classic cars the has Racedeck in the showroom and I found it irritating how much the floor would "click and clack" when you walked on it. and the darker colors showed all the dirt from your shoes and the tires.
So the polypropylene tiles are noisy, and the recycled PVC tiles are expensive (although quieter). I am no further along in deciding what to do. Years of having old cars mark their territory have left the floor unpaintable, so the tile seems to be the answer. I use the hydraulic jacks and jackstands, so durability is important. I need some ideas here. My garage looks like ****.
It's a standard 2-1/2 stall with a small bump-out for storage.
