I've never exchanged a tool for warranty claims so here's my ignorant question with back story;
I bought a Snappy 7.2v cordless impact from a fellow tech at a shop I no longer work at. It was great for a year but is now taking a dirt nap. Can I flag the SO driver down, hand him this impact, and have him fix/swap it? Or will I be out of luck? I don't know the SO guy as he never came to our old shop.
