Hi,

Thanks for the link. I have admired that cabinet for a long time but this is my first time seeing the details under the first layer. I wonder how long it took him to build it.

That is nice. I always enjoy Norms shows . I would bet that sequence led into him building an example of that locker although probably not nearly as ornate ( not that Norm couldnt do it ) just not possible on a few episodes of his show.

Its pretty cool, but lets face it, how many of us would ever get it to close again, with all the tools in order. The guy must have been a nut.

I've wanted a used gangbox for my barn, something to provide a little secruity.

I have also been thinking about different ways to conceal tools. Maybe above the ceiling, for stuff I don't use much.

Incredible piece of work. The amount of work and thought is tremendous do build something like that. But can you imagine actually trying to do something with those tools. It would take forever. I would have to take out one at a time and clean, buff and polish it before putting it back. If I took a bunch out to do a project it would would probably take me hours to put them back if I could remember where they went.

Would hate for a tool to break and not being able to find a replacement of the exact size.

I also wonder how heavy that would be.
