I am starting to see a trend where the cans now come with valves instead of requiring piercing.
It screwed me up when i told the customer to get some refrigerant oil and it showed up with a valve. It looked like it would work but didnt and ended up being a giant pain.
I only have professional equipment and have never seen anyone with ****** valve type tool. Most of the time people use the big jugs anyway.
Went to wally world and could not find any good old cans to be pierced, they all have valves. Are they suppose to be usable with pricing tool or was i doing it wrong?(maybe cranked on it too much )
Not trying to sound high and mighty but for rare times i have to use store bought ac stuff i dont want to have to resort and figure out how to use that "idiot proof diy bs tool" I dont even think its possible to even hook it up to a manifold...is it?
