No work on the winch bucket but I did get some mounting bolts at Menard's today along with a 2x6 and piece of plywood. I'm not sure the exact length so I got 30, 35 and 40mm long bolts.
The 2x6 and plywood got cut up for a cribbing crate.

Nice work on the winch box, it looks pretty cool. Have you seen the Diamond C Pop-Up Winch Box Package? I got my trailer before they offered this, and I am thinking of retrofitting it with something similar.

Other than mounting the fairlead, this project is going to get back burner'd till Spring. Too many variables coming together.
*4 other Basic EMTs not picking up overtime at the station, leaving a majority of it to me and one other Lt
*I need to cut firewood for the winter and get some of the woods cleaned up.
*The trailer will be going into Winter storage. I also need to get the Cobra out of the garage and loaded.
*They are putting a municipal water line in. They are supposed to make a connection at my place....in the middle of my driveway.
Roll all this together, I need to cut the trailer floor and weld in some braces. It's going to be hard to do when my driveway is tore up. . . . or whatever.

They started in the driveway today while I am at work.
