That's my experience with him as well. I'm on a bit of a screwdriver/ratchet kick at the moment but plan on picking up more NWS awesomeness from Ash soon!! :thumbup:

Bought a set of NWS 138-69-200 cutters from Ash through his website. Flawless transaction! Very fast shipping, good communication / followup, and an awesome tool. Very ergonomic and cuts like butter. Love em! Gonna have to buy a few more NWS pliers.

They are made by NWS, but those ones do not have the spanner section like the pics below. Good price though

For those of you interested in NWS pliers, you may want to check out the insulated, re-branded nws set offered by felo. The appear to be exactly the same as the regular nws pliers and are made in germany except that the handles are different. The price appears to be pretty good and is about $30 cheaper than amazon.com
