I enjoy hunting (and finding) tools from the 1920's to 1960's due to their often superior quality. In that hunt I have picked up some tools that look cool and are well made, but I don't think I will ever use (i.e. fence pliers)
So...in attempt to empty out my tool box and make it more useful, I am dumping many of the old tools that seem too redundant. Probably at the dollar bin at the flea market.
That made me think about what tools I will likely NEVER have a use for and should purge from my box. Tools that my cordless drill, ratchet and air tools have superceded...
What tools do you all consider redundant and not worth crowding up your main tool box?
Fence pliers
Speed Wrench?
Wood handled pipe wrench?
Old timey metal cutting pliers?
Anything else?
