I like both. Use the "S" type for door hinges and the "C" type for intakes. I use them for other things to.

Need an option for, all the above! I have both and use whatever works for getting the job done. Sometimes you just have to take a cheap wrench and modify it to work.

Depends on the situation. I bend wrenches when necessary, and have

a couple of oem bent wrenches as well in both styles. Sometimes, you

just gotta do, what you gotta do. This poll is pretty much a bust as far

as it goes. There is really no reason to prefer one over the other, as far

as I am concerned.

Can't seem to find a s wrench that is made in taiwan, all the ones I have seen are made in India, not something I would buy.

But there are c types made in Taiwan. So I might add a set of those.

I have 1 c wrench 1/2 9/16 that i got because a lot of guys said you needed to take starter of off JDs with but you can use a socket on it easyer so i never use it. I also have a set of sae s wrenches but i have never found were they were needed. I have 2 metric wrenches i bent years ago. I keep a lot of cheap wrenches to mod if i need to. I have worked on every thing cars, pickups, trucks, cranes, forklifts, dozers,I will never sell my tools and will by more but their are things that i have got that are not very usefull.

The hf ones are made in India. Gw has the ratcheting set on both c and s type. Do not need them that often so i can not justified the much higher cost.
