I have to admit that I've never thought about quality in terms of that particular tool, there's always been a no-name brand one lying around somewhere that worked fine.
If you're worried about having the Taiwanese one (as a guess) round out the screwhead and then break off and put your eye out, I guess you could buy a set of these:

I can see where the handle might be of some value.
If I were you, I would just buy the C-man Z shaped one (or a set) first and then one of those C-man ratcheting types as well. You don't need to get too fancy on this stuff.
