Do any of you guys ever use 3 in 1 oil to lube your ratchets or just white lithium grease?

I have a random bottle of lubricating oil with teflon in it that works excellent. It smoothed out a 3/8 Duralast and that's tough to do!

Thanks for the responses I'll give them a try. Just seams like I always have sum 3 in 1 on the bench and quick to use.

depends on what type of ratchet
Snap On recommend ATF for the old f730 series
for the dual 80 superlube.
Matco 88 recommends mystery oil(air tool oil)

I've used Motorex green with good results, but switched not too long ago to Phil's Tenacious Oil, and then switched again to high-speed bearing grease. Not sure yet, but I think I liked the Phil's best.

Depends on the ratchet. Newer fine tooth ratchets often don't do well with grease, they're better with a light oil.

Older course tooth ratchets can often handle grease. I have Superlube to use in those.
