The die on the bottom is an excellent unit. I've had one for years. I'll try to remember to grab the manufacturers name off it tomorrow. Funny part is I use it a lot. I don't remember it being a Imperial, but it could be.

Good timing since I'm in the shop. Mine is a imperial. It's every bit as nice as the 37.5 degree ratcheting rigid I bought a couple years ago. And like yours I'm missing the actual flaring thing-a-bobby. Does anyone know the technical term for both pieces cause obviously I sure as heck don't. :)

very few of the earlier consumer-marketed flaring tool sets came with the double-flaring buttons. almost all of them were just the two pieces.
no need to double-flare copper tubing to fix your oil furnace line or a water line in the house - they used SAE 45° flare or compression fittings.
double-flare sets were a specialty item.
so... that set there is most likely "complete" - just as when it was new.
