Old valve adjusting tool

Ok, my mind is going. I used to have a vlave lash adjusting tool that used a dial indicator to measure the lash, this one was very popular back in the 70s but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it!

They say the mind goes first, guess I'm ready for the home!

Oh yeah, I'm sure you're right. Obviously i was just thinking of the wrenches that would combine a socket and screwdriver. P&G valve gappers were a Portland Oregon product. Came in a wood box, I remember my eyes glazing over trying to read the instructions.

That's still a useful tool, especially if you're using solid lifter cams.
