Old welder, valve machine, worth it?

So, I work for a heavy equipment dealer as a warranty admin. Long story short we have a new manager and he's cleaning house. In the metal dumpster today are some old welders and a valve machine. My question to you guys is, are these worth anything? The Lincoln welder is huge, size of an old console television, but might be a little damaged from getting tossed in the bin. I'm told is worked when put into storage. Anyone think it's worth going dumpster diving? If there's interest I'll try to snag more pics maybe.

I know of at least one shop that has a valve machine just like that one. So I guess I would say yes there is a market for that kind of stuff.

I would say the Lincoln would definitely worth snagging. Worst case, scrap it. Best case, you have a nice generator/welder.

I'd be all over both the Lincoln and the Hobart. All three of those have value. Cleaned up those Lincoln go for over $1,000 here.

I'd start with the ranger and the feeder. Prioritize from there of what you need/have space for and condition.

I bet that is a GS series welder but if it isn't beat up about the most useful of the 3. I do have a valve grinder but I got a lot of old stuff in service and use it on occasion. If my deal was working on cars wouldn't bother today.

That valve machine does not have a iton of value but it is wor something. Should not go to scrap unless it's junk and even at that it can be parted out to help keep others alive

You,put the parts on eBay, people will buy some of the pieces and the rest will be scrap.
If the machine works it is worth $100-$300

If it was easy to move at 3 would be worth the effort, if its a slug at 100 then you are stuck with it.

Holy ****....I'd be hauling off basically everything in that dumpster that isnt just mangled scrap. Free welders are always good. Worst case you gut the copper and scrap it for a few bucks, best case, you get a free working welder.
