I'm still in the process of putting my shop together and have been reading many articles on compressor noise/placement. I have a Kobalt 60 gallon currently wired in the corner, but I'm going to add an enclosed lean-to off my shop and wouldn't mind sticking it in there for noise reasons. This lean-to will only have a double-bubble insulation (not much R factor) and our temps in Arkansas generally range from teens in the winter to high 90's to just over 100 in the summer. Will those temps effect the performance of my compressor or will it be fine? My first post, thanks for your input!
