I can’t zoom in enough, that looks like a ZJ. What am i missing, or was there a motor swap for that kind of hp?
Started life as a 98' Niner and is still technically that with some spicy bits added. It's stroked to a 408 with a mild cam, Vortec SC, Frozen Boost IC, Hughes Air Gap intake, tri y Thorley headers into a 3" exhaust, Custom heads, built trans, Ford Explorer rear end, 242 transfer case, lowered on H&R springs and a bunch of other goodies. It was a before kids money dump project lol. It made 505hp and close to 550ft/lbs on a rear wheel dyno in 2010 with the stock wheels and tires. Also did a 12.51 in the 1/4 mile which ain't bad for a 4400lb brick.I can’t zoom in enough, that looks like a ZJ. What am i missing, or was there a motor swap for that kind of hp?
Another reason to get up every day. It's a fun rig now that most of the "what breaks next" stuff has been taken care of.

SO, any pics of the engine bay?
It's got a bit of a bark to it lol. Even with these fat sticky tires it'll leave rubber on the ground from all 4 corners when doing some frum-digs.There’s what i was missing. Sounds like a fun, sleeper rig. I’m impressed you’ve got the trans to live even though it’s built. Good call on the 8.8 rear since the original axle was glass.
It's not this clean or shiny anymore but it used to look like this lolSO, any pics of the engine bay?
Also, if you're experience with the permanent marker is like mine they will disappear within a week due to little hands.

if there is something farmers know; its belts running all overthe belt![]()
Faster than an elephant fart and half as juicy.Holy ****!

Key words here are before kids money dump lol. It needs a new headliner and the SC has a bit of a squeal to it so I think the bearings are going out .... Again .... I haven't done a damn thing to it in the last 10yrs other than change fluids and beat the piss out of it so all in its been a great rig.LOL……well there’s your proof……..them farmers do know how to have fun!
I don't remember what it's made for but I purchased two when I figured out what worked lol. If I remember correctly it's for a Volvo semi of sorts.the belt![]()
This one is a hot mess. The tensioner under the blower wasn't originally part of it but there was so much slip on the blower pulley that I added it to give it more grab. So far so good !! It has a nice whine to it that'll make your pants tighten up lol.if there is something farmers know; its belts running all over

Dude that looks great !! I'll get measurements soon. You've got me excited now !! I still have the black "flat" FSS you sent me a few weeks back that would fit great here.
Okay well it's green. Seems I can't remember **** these days lolYup. easy to modify for the right measurements.
I got bins and stuff for you too. Seam placement I wasn't happy with so they're getting stuck in the box.

@jeepxj Doesn't matter to me. It can mount from the top of the dash as well if needed.

Leo is certainly getting larger !! Attitude and height lol.It looks like Leo grew a foot this year? Great to see pics of your kids helping you do stuff.
That “Farm Truck” or minivan takes me back a few years cause we owned two. I’d take the seats out and put in maybe 8-10 32 gallon plastic garbage cans inside ours full of construction debris to our local dump before I bought a trailer. Good thing was they used to charge $8 a “CAR” but now they charge about $150 per ton.
Keep up the great work.

I bought a 3/8" plate from Amazon of all places a while back for $129.99 shipped. Not sure how it can be built and shipped for that but it's here and is damn stout looking. Welds are nice and clean as well.
We looked at it with an engineering intent for about 5 minutes and decided to take the forks off the pallet forks so just the frames were left, put it under the spot we did, chain it to the handles on the skiddy boom and see what happened. It worked the first time so we must be decent engineersLol……the bin move in “other” places would be two engineers, an environmentalist and 4 safety officers. Oh, and one guy on a crane.![]()

Damn straps aren't long enough so I tossed a log chain on the side to make up the difference.
We talked about buying one together and decided we'd forever be running back and forth. Plus we have different mini's and would need different brackets. I will set it up for my skiddy but I foresee using it mostly with the mini-ex.Trying to understand why you need a splitter if you have a buddy that has a splitter
Farming life sure has changed with addition of skidders!
