I have seen a 3/8 version. A guy had 2 of them. Was kicking myself later for not buying them.
oh that's right. They did make them in 3/8....just not a 1/2.I have seen a 3/8 version. A guy had 2 of them. Was kicking myself later for not buying them.
Thanks. That 3M wheel does a great job.Nice clean up Don!
Very nice, hope it works out for you. Out of the brands I look for P&C seems to be the hardest to find. Been looking for a tool box for awhile and not even had a sniff and I only live about five miles from where the factory was.
Agreed. One could do much worse than an era correct snappyCouple P&C related items from a K.R. Wilson heavy lot I picked up at a farm auction recently. Besides the clean P&C socket there's a radiator filler nozzle I believe from a company partially named after P&C & Thorsen's "tool & die maker" Pete E. Mortensen (PEM of PEM-Co ). The Snap-On 5/8" drive piece fits perfectly in my P&C 5/8" drive female ratchet...I figure if I can't find an original P&C drive piece I could do worse than a similar era Snap-On one.
In a moment of serendipity, I have two boxes with very faded and washed-out versions of that label, and I had never been able to make heads or tails of them. Well, now I know!
I would say no, but I only have wrenches and sockets of the 100 era...They are physically identical to their proto brothers for the most part. However I have seen some that the finishing work isnt as nice...so depending on the examples you compare, either case could be made...or maybe it just depended on who was on QC that dayDid the quality go down hill at all in the 100 era?
Mine are double open end. That box end gives it away as BarcaLounger.
