I still haven't got around to cleaning this stuff but here's some of what I pulled at the PIR swap....the majority of the P&C is pre-tool # stuff including all the speeders and that early Chevy main bearing wrench. There's also a 5/8 female to 3/4 male adapter and a super hard to find early steel tubing sparkplug socket. The little puller is P&C related as that company is mentioned on a label from inside an early wood P&C socket box I have. The Blackhawk ratchet adapter was courtesy of Smokeshow69.

Glad to return the favor by finding a tool for you. I think you found about 20 for me. You have any more pictures of the label on that box? It’s really cool looking

Stormking posted the Thorsen TT/GT verion of this set in the "Post up your Thorsen Tools!" thread starting at post 1,148. I Recently acquired the P&C version. Looks like P&C started marketing these around 31 and it was still appearing in the No.42 price list. The super thick short extension came with the set when I bought it but it wasn't part of the original though I notice the Thorsen set had a longer bend on it's "L" breaker. I believe Stormking's set had a slightly different socket combination as well.

This cute little 1208-BS combo showed up in a thrift shop in Eastern Oregon. 1/4 British Standard or 3/16 Whitworth fasteners. Not much P&C around in the English sizes.P&C 1208-BS.jpg

It is considered poor form , especially when new to join a thread simply to sell a common ratchet. Might want to look into eBay or perhaps post in the classifieds section sir .
Thank you for the tip. I have many tools in my collection and stumbled on this site. Am excited to be here. Didn’t know how to put myself out there. Because p&c isn’t my brand of preferred tool I collect I thought, one of you would enjoy it. There will be more posts and a profile pic to come. I will be sure to try and have more etiquette.

Found a delightfully small 6" pipe wrench today at the Flea Market
Pictured with a bigger wrench for a size comparison
The logo is hard to read, but it sure looks like P&C.....

Some darn Wire-Wheel Warrior got to this teenie-weenie pipe wrench and brushed the heck out of it.
I wish the darn Flippers would leave these old tools alone!

That was me. Thanks for the heads up four.cycle. Yeah that was kind of early in the morning. I was awake for work. I had never seen those before and the price was decent so it didn’t take long to decide I needed them :)
