C-Man box restore, paint question?
Redoing a Craftsman top box that was a bit neglected by the previous owner. I have sanded down the rust and used Rustoleum Rust Reformer as a base coat on those areas. I will scuff the remaining good areas and use a foam roller/brush to apply a top coat to the entire box. Rustoleum is an easy choice based on price and availability but wondered if there is something better that can be applied by roller or brush. Mostly looking for improved durability. Color will be black box with blue drawers. I have Lowes, HD, SW, PPG, & Tactor Supply near by. Thanks for your input.
Here are some pics showing initial condition and after a clean up with Dawn and water. I will add more as I continue.
