Parts bins rack on wall

I'm wondering if anyone has built a rack that goes on the wall to hold parts bins, which might be holding screws/nails, PVC ends, larger bolts, brackets, etc...

I recently obtained a 100 or so various size bins (3-6"wX4"hx12"d) and I currently have them on a wire rack. They work well for me, but I'm short on floor space and would like to get rid of the wire racks and put the bins up on the wall above waist height so that portable machines, tool boxes, welding table could sit below the bins.

I've been looking at louvered racks and things similar to this - http://rackingmanufacturer.com/Louvered-Panel-Plastic-Bins.html. I need to see if there are louvered panels that work with the bins I have as that might be a route worth taking. I'll see about taking a picture this weekend and see if anyone recognizes them.

Wondering if you guys have built racks or shelves for these kinds of things or found a good solution.

Those racks for the plastic bins look pretty nice and I am sure they work very well, but personally, I prefer the style where the bins are totally enclosed inside the cabinet. That's just personal preference on my part and others may disagree.

Those are ideal, except for one flaw. They allow dust to collect on whatever is stored inside. You could go with ziplock bags or cardboard dust shields as a stopgap.

I made a cart for three of those louvered panels and bins. Mine are from Akro Mills.

Here's the cart

If you would like to see the dimensions of the louvers or the backs of my bins let me know and I can take a a picture with a tape measure against it. Those are basically three wall panels 36" x 22"

I have some of those louver panels, but I'm loath to use them.

They and the bins are unsightly and visually complicate a room.

Plus they are dust catchers.

I would have to use them inside a cabinet.
