It’s free shipping over $200. I wanted to buy some hex keys (not enough to get me over the $200 mark) and the shipping was a bit high (shipping to mid Atlantic states). But well worth it for the Black Friday sales if you can get over the $200 mark.

Ok now it makes sense. The long ball rainbow hex key full metric set was out of stock so I just ordered the next smaller set and individually added the 8mm and 10mm pieces. I can rubber band the 8mm and 10mm to the others to keep everything together LOL I got the short non-ball rainbow metric set and a couple of the heavy duty mallets. This is a good deal at 50% off. Thanks to the OP for posting this.You need to order $200+ prior to the discount to get free shipping. I placed an order that was $210 before the discount. I ended up paying $105 plus free shipping.

I emailed them and the sales person noted my order will ship out next week. The sales person did note they got slammed with orders so that’s why the delay in shipping.Has anybody received a shipping update on their order?

Thank you for the info.Forgot to add, the sales person did note any upcoming sales would be posted on their Facebook and Instagram pages; for those that do social media. No Christmas sales planned.
I just got my shipping confirmation from Sabrina this morning.I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service again today and was told it would be 3-5 more business days before the tools would ship. I guess my tools are on the slow boat from Switzerland.
same hereI just got the order confirmation this morning. Sabrina said shipping should take place in 3 to 5 days and would provide a tracking number as soon as it ships. I wasn't in any rush, 50% off got me and told me that I just had to have some of that PB Swiss goodness that I've been eluding for far to long.
I have the same issue. I was shorted a set of screwdrivers. They showed "in stock" when I ordered them, but somewhere between placing the order and getting the shipment, my item went out of stock.and I only got half my order they didn't give me ANY heads up that half my stuff was backordered and no apology either about it they won't get it until mid January which means I won't get it until late January or February. Kind of ridiculous not sure I want to do business with them again despite the sale price
their customer serivce is slow but their pricing was hard to beat on this sale, thus they got overwhelmed. I found them to be a small time operation so it is what it is. I'll order from them again once they have another sale; however, if I have a situation like yours where I got charged the full amount but only half of the stuff arrived, I would ask them to credit me the remaining balance (as long as they still gave you free shipping). If they refuse then I would call the credit card company to do a chargeback on the remaining balance (product not delivered as promised).
