I have always used cheap pegboards with 1/8" holes to organize wrenches sockets, screwdrivers, nut drivers etc. Now I am building a new home and want a more professional look. I just bought a couple metal pegboards with both slots and 1/4" inch holes. The large holes were a surprise because all my pegs (about 200) are 1/8".
I could return the boards for new ones with 1/8" inch holes (expensive return shipping), or bite the bullet and buy all new hooks (very expensive).
Can I somehow stabilize the small pegs in the large holes without it looking cheesy?
All solution ideas welcome

You could try zip ties, I use them all the time but I don't really care about what it looks like. My pegboard is fairly insane though, I got a ton of **** on there I'm not sure why it hasn't degraded or fallen apart (it's mounted a wood working table at the bottom). Honestly, my neighbor (government contractor at the crazy base; used to build BIG model airplanes in his spare time) was throwing it out so I borrowed it from the trash; I'm not THAT guy (digging through the trash) but it was in good condition.
