Nice score! Much better tractor than the N series Fords.
Engine is much more robust, and more powerful, slower reverse in the TO30.
Hate N Series Fords, not so much because they are a bad tractor, but because everyone pays too much for a clapped out one with a halfassed paint job, then screams when it needs an overhaul. Cranks are usually shot, block needs sleeved....people expect you to be able to overhaul one for $250, all in.
The Ford engine wasn't very long lived when new...
I have a 53 naa that has never had the crank out of the block nor has the pistons ever left the home that the assembler placed them in 1953. It doesn't smoke, rattle etc etc oh and we have owned it for the last 45 years and the previous owner was a uncle so I pretty much know the complete history of the tractor. ..
