I bought a set of these a while back to throw into the truck and haven't looked at them since. Yesterday I decided to disassemble a junked John Deere garden tractor and thought I'd see if they were any good. I would up using every size in the set and because it was going to scrap I used an impact wrench for the whole scene. The sockets held up quite well but there were a few nuts and screw heads that the sockets slipped over. Six point Snap-ons to the rescue. Mine are older with no relief. I bought them in the early 70s. So I would say the steel and temper are good but the tolerance is not so much. Too bad they don't have six point where a bit loose is less important.
