Well I'm looking to do cabinets to store EVERYTHING out of sight. SO I need to have a cabinet to cover a wall 15' long. I can get pictures of the area Friday that the cabinets are going in, but I would think it would be cheaper to build some type of cabinet than buy it.
Just thinking on the keyboard I guess I could do 2 96(l)"x18(d)"x24(h)". My main concern is te concept of building a sturdy cabinet. I have all the tools but not sure how to go about building a "proper" cabinet.
Items to put in the cabinets are:
Jackstands (8)
All power tools (sawzalls, circular saws, drills, trim saws, air tools, etc..
Liquid containers (ie oil bottles) & spray cans
MIsc. parts small enough to fit in the cabinet for my cars and trucks
Any other ideas would be great. Perhaps a solution that is reasonable in price I didn't think of. I had thoughts of plywooding those metal shelves, turning it horizontal and using it as a "frame" to attach to a wall and cover over. Sometimes thinking can be scary, for me at least.
Bottom line, I want to spend less than $400.
