OTG - thank you for the post. Thank might come useful for my future fix of Blackhawk roller. Do you think they will hold a lot of weight?

Not OTG but: Those are typically used on rolling glass shower doors, 2 rollers per door. Ace does not give them a weight rating. I’d guess my doors at somewhere around 20#. I’m on my second replacement set in 20 years, so they do wear out.

Yup, I bought extras but no signs of wear yet. Seem to be working ok. If one fails I have a bag of extras, and they were not expensive.

I've been busy doing other stuff and haven't really been actively out on the trail, but an old post out on the Classifieds section here on GJ was seen by @garilla who had recently found a WF-46 socket which I was still needing to complete my 1/2" drive WF short socket collection. We worked out a trade and the WF-46 arrived today. Super happy and seen here is the 46 along with the rest of its brothers WF-42 thru WF-56. Thank you garilla! Only tool mobiles received the lower cabinet vents so that’s a quick way to see if you have a tool mobile or not. Paint removal not needed but I know it’s fun to uncover the logo!

The top slot is for the cover. It’s seen pictured in the second photo sitting on top.

My second one I paid $25 for has been ran into by a vehicle but surprisingly the drawers all roll smoothly so it is in my garage next to my nicer one!

Depending on which handle style it has, they can be either readily available or very hard to find. The early ones with the embossed lines are difficult to find. The later ones with the flat front handle were used on a variety of boxes made by Waterloo so those are really easy to find

This War Finish 8 point 1/4” socket arrived in the mail today to fill out a War Finish set. This size of Plomb socket seems kind of hard to find recently.

Welcoming any input or redirect on the "unmarked" 1/2 drive ratchet shown. Looks a lot like some WF- ratchets I've had in the past but with some perceived differences on my part. The selector sweep is a full 180 degrees from on to off with a "station" in the middle that holds the pawl securely. Only marks are a "u" forged in the handle and the letters SP or SR stamped in the faceplate. Am I in the right place?

That's usually an "O" - some kind of foundry mark, and that one might be, too.

[S.R.], which evidence strongly suggests likely stands for Sears Roebuck. Economy line stuff from the late 40's.

You're not in the wrong place! Plomb was the OEM. But there's any even better place, linked here! I recommend you scroll through it casually to see other examples, but save yourself some time by skipping through reading all the posts, postulating various theories, debating, and eventually being presented enough evidence (some period ads, and too many mixed sets with "[S.R.]" and NB Crafty pieces to be coincidental).
