Keep me in mind. I think I'm shy TWO 1/4" drive 6-point 1/4" sockets -- one black, one silvery/gray (not sure if it's cad or phosphate.)
4708 ? (Plomb isn't my strongest suit.)

I was trying to figure out how to change my "handle" to "Ebay *****" but there's no option for that!

I found some Plomb (all USA) at the local flea market Sunday. I really like the 2130 pry bar, and it is in good condition. There was also a 3030 DOE, a 3426 tappet, and a 1120 DBE.
Awesome find on the pry bar and tappet wrench!

I just spent all day picking thru the Twertsy Tool Temple and grabbed all the Plomb, so you eBay ******* can just **** eggs!

:evil::deathmeta:gunfire::hellobye:
Dang you **** :) If I was near that side of the continent I would be trying to get all his proto la stuff :)

Needless to say, I was just kidding, guys. I did grab some extra orphan 1/4- drive pieces to fill out a set. But all that Plomb and more will be available shortly. My pockets aren't that deep!!
Well that joke went over like a lead baloon but I knew you were joking and I thought it was funny :)

Looking for something in my Plomb stash forced me to pull out my speeders so I thought I would post a family photo.

Some of these are new to me and some I picked up a while ago. The socket on the left is a 4712L. The pliers are 275. The ratchet is unmarked. I thouhgt the 5440-s square socket was pretty cool. It is way bigger that a regular 1 1/4 socket. I put it next to a normal 5440 for comparison.

I've yet to find one and I've been picking up brass sprayers for a couple of years now! you **** on that one!

Most are "rebuildable" and only need an appropriate O-ring, and some Vaseline to get things smooth for adjusting.

Sigh. There is another thing I need to check religiously.

Very cool, and I had no idea. I have one of the weed pullers, but more garden tools are gonna make this harder.

If there’s one Plomb tool I would like to find, it‘s one of the sprinklers. Someone posted it years back. Never found one back when I used to collect the old Craftsman lawn and garden stuff.

I saw one on ebay a few years back but I cant remember what it sold for... Very uncommon to say the least. I have one of the weed puller tools courtesy of RagtopTA but no nozzle or sprinker

Here is the result of a recovery or salvage operation on a pair of pliers I grabbed last week (Center). They were quite rusty, but I could tell from the shape that they weren’t Channelock or Champion deArment. Was impossible to read the brand, so I grabbed them, figure a buck or two was a worthy risk. Scraping the normal logo area with a razor blade revealed it was a Plomb, so I was pleased, think it’s my first pair. They are not terribly pretty, even after a multi day soak in Evaporust, razor blade, 3m polishing wheel, etc., scraping crud out of the jaw serrations. But they should work just fine. some Simichrome will hit the grips just to make them feel better in the hand.

Update on the sprayer: it sort of works, but it's really weak, and I think it's that o ring outlaw mentioned, but I can't seem to get it apart, any suggestions?

Cool thread. Plomb, Plumb, Plvmb, Proto, Challenger, Tru-Test, Blackhawk, and a couple of other brand names (made by Proto) that escape me are all good imo.

Yes it's leaking. I wire brushed the inside to try to get any clogs out, and then I looked with a flashlight on the inside to see if there where any and none were in there so I tried again, but it's still leaking.

I believe this to be Plomb, or made by them, by the shape of the box ends, but no manufacturer name, just a set of numbers.
