Easiest fully workable solution seems pretty clear. Combination Wye 3x3x2 between the toilet and the drain line from the shower. Roll the combo wye up 45 degrees and head towards the nearest wall. Turn up a 45 through the sill plate and go vertical between the studs. Install a 2" combination wye on the vertical stub for the sink in the bathroom. Bush to 1-1/2" and extend the 1.5" vent out of the wye vertically between the studs until you clear the flood rim of the sink then head towards the toilet vent horizontally plus 1/4"/ft. (slope towards the sink drain). Connect the sink and toilet vents in the vertical section of the toilet vent and then continually horizontally + slope through or to the outside wall. Then turn vertical and head though the roof. The "correct" venting of the outside sink is to extend the vent the same way as the other sink and find a way to connect it to the main vent. The shower will be fine as is. The "incorrect" but perfectly funtional way to vent the outside sink is with a studor vent (air admittance valve) above the sink drain. It would need to be accessible for service (i.e. not built into the wall). Frame the wall between the office and bathroom as a 2x6 or better wall in order to contain the vents without violating the 40% rule for a hole in a stud. If you do the "correct" venting of the outside sink, you'd need to upsize those walls as well or frame in a soffit to enclose the vent outside of the stud walls.

I'll throw my 2 cents in. They have wet vented the shower with the lab sink, that's OK. The WC right now is not vented and you won't have a CO on the main.
Take the 2" bathroom sink line and cut it back as close to the shower as you can and cap it, not going to use it anymore. On the downstream side of the WC cut in a 3" wye, run it to the lav wall and turn it up with a 90, right above the floor a 3" CO tee, above it stack a 3" x 1 1/2" tee, run an arm over to the lav location above the floor now. You now have wet vented the WC and provided a CO for the main. Reroute the 2 water lines at the lav over to the new 3" stack and run them to the lav above the floor. Tie the 2 vents together at the ceiling level with a 3" x 2" tee and get the 3" out the roof, box it in or some kind of a chase, you can worry how your loft space will look or worry about 1/2 a@@ed plumbing. Too many people worry about how thing will look instead of how the mechanicals will perform.
Looks like they tested it with air, no PVC manufacturer recommends it. You would be surprised at how far fittings will fly with just 5lbs of air in the system. If you want to test it run one of the lines up 5' or 10' above the floor and fill the system with water, the water shouldn't drop in the vertical line.

The waste pipes are pressured up very low especially compared to the supply lines so like you said it does not damage the connections.

In our location we check drain lines with a water column and pressure lines with 50 psi compressed air. The OP hasn't disclosed his location and whether the job is permitted, so we don't know what codes he should be working to. Venting requirements are significantly different between the IPC and UPC. My state has a nice disclaimer that the job not being inspected does not mean you do not have to follow the applicable statewide codes. In other words, you could be found liable later if there was a problem.

I've had the pleasure of witnessing a few PVC DWV failures with only 5 PSI being used, it's not so much the pressure but the volume involved, a 10' standpipe filled with water accomplishes the same thing with no danger other than getting wet.
