Looks like maybe a constellation on a static display.

It's a DC-6, 50' up in the air.
There is a video on YouTube labeled Chena hot springs DC-6, showing its final landing, on a pretty small strip.

The owner just sent me a couple of evening pics.
One thing we did when erecting was pull a power cable up the inside of the columns and through the arches to power some up lights.
It has a nice effect and really makes the iron stand out.
