I thought some of you might be interested in checking out Midwest tool's website. Basically all their tools are still made in USA.
If you browse their catalog and then complete the 'Midwest University' course, which doesn't take long - you can get some goodies.
I did this about a month or so ago and as far as I know it is still active. At the time I completed it you had the option of selecting a free gift such as a Scratch Awl, T-Shirt and maybe a few other things.

I do have the 3 standard snip at home that are USA made I bought at Lowes a while back but don't remember if they are Midwest brand or another USA brand.
