Cleopatra does that too, And gently bites my fingers, and purrs at the same time.
I think Cleopatra may be part main **** also.

I'd also say some calico! Emmeline won't bite but her purr is unusually loud. It is lopey and kinda sounds like my Camaro at idle! Enough to wake my GF.

Are you saying that you cant see the photo? Garage journal, for some reason, doesn't jive well with imgur... Some people can see the photos and some cant.

I removed the 'i'.

Even clicking on the picture and going to imgur doesn't show it.

Just upload the pic to here, the pic hosting sites just cause future problems anyway.

I Agree.
The thing is also, lots of times, posters will delete the pictures from the host site.
So lets say a few years down the road, a member is researching something, The lack of pictures makes the thread useless.
But if hosted here, the photos stay here...............L0L

He is very snobby when it comes to photo's. My new one Jonsey is a pistol, he's bat turds crazy. Got him to appease Gizmo since he was bored and becoming destructive when I was away at work. If I would go away for a weekend he would go on a rampage.

Not much of a picture guy but I'll try and get a shot of my two and post em. Mine are not really garage cats as they are both indoor only...but

Patches - as the name implies is a black and white patchwork short hair. He was a stray that a neighbor friend of mine found in her yard in early 2012. He was only 8 weeks and I adopted him. His mother was feral, so he took a long time to warm up at all. He mostly hid far out of site. In fact not long after I got him he found his way into the living room closet, climbed the clothes and found a small hole in the drywall in the upper corner of the shelf and got himself stuck in the wall. That was a fun project getting him unstuck, and then re drywalling the entire closet. He likes me and the missus. But always on his terms. He will lay on the couch with either of us and want to be petted for about 15 minutes, then he's had enough. If you are not me or my wife though, you will never, ever see him.

Midnight - In early 2017 it was decided that Patches needed a buddy to pull him out of his shell a little. So went to the SPCA. They were short on cats at the time. The only had about 8. Like most people, we initially walked right past the 5 all black cats to the tabby, tiger, etc. But those 3 all had issues. One of them tried to bite my hand off. Another was busy attacking another cat, etc. So this little all black cat caught my eye because he was trying his best to get the other 2 cats in his crate to play with him... So after spending about 45 minutes getting to know him we took him home. His name was Ebony. But since he is a boy, and were worried about gender identity issues (LOL), we renamed him Midnight. He has the best personality. He is always friendly and looking for attention. But he has a really strong mischievous streak too. He loves Patches and they get along together great. They love to spar and chase each other all over the house. Sometimes that can lead to a hissy fit...but 5 minutes later they are laying on the big cat bed all cuddled up. He has been a great addition.

Oh and they both love my 10yo Golden Retriever, Max much more than Max loves them. Max is super gentle and would not hurt a fly, but the two cats, particularly Patches, like to cuddle and rub up against him. Max turns his head as if to say, leave me alone I have a headache, but he lets them have their way. When Max is asleep on the floor, Patches will often quietly lay down against his belly.

But I hate this thread... Just looked through this and realized the cats need a couple new toys. The balls in the doughnut thing and a tube toy... So Amazon to the rescue...they arrive Thursday. I cannot have little stuffed toys and balls around for them, otherwise Max thinks they are his and tears them to bits...

The grey one is a bad picture of Skipper.

The two orange ones are Stomper and Sherbert (we let the kids name them).

We've had Skipper for about 4 years now. Stomper and Sherbert are only a few months old. They're brother and sister and seem to do everything together.

The three cats are getting along well .

ALL: well my goal was to revive a fun thread and sorry if the WHERE'S WALDO (my cat in the tree hunting birds) contest didn't work. here's a close up and not sure how she does it, but this cat (CLEO) is a KILLER.

of course she's also a lazy **** too and usually pretty close by when i'm working outside like today.

we can't have more than one cat at a time with these tortoise shell calicos and i'm surprised Lis's tortoise is sharing her bed with the guests his daughter's friends brought over.

cheers

Little off topic, But Mine seems to be sensitive to Topical applications, I did give it to her about 8 years ago, I don't remember if it was frontline, or Advantage? She sort of started running around, and was drooling. I don't think it lasted too long, and she was OK after that.
I would gladly take her to the Vet, it isn't a matter of not wanting to spend the money, It's a matter of getting her in a carrier.
I swear, she senses when it's time to go to the vet, and hides.
Has anyone this somewhat new product, (supposed to last 3 months) It's called Bravecto.
https://us.bravecto.com/for-cats
Wondering if anyone's cat had good results, with out any reactions.
There is this $52.00 Flea collar on Amazon,
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B8CG5NK/?tag=atomicindus08-20
Friend of mine said it was "The best" she ever found for her dog, But there were a few reviews where the people said they think it killed there cat!
It's a Seresto Flea Collar.
Or do you know of a real good flea collar that is safe?
This is the most Fussy cat I have ever had. Won't let me brush her, don't want a Collar put on, don't want to go in the carrier.
My last cat was so docile, she never gave me any issues.

Drives. The other two cats are my daughter’s. The tort/calico is used to having them as house guests now. I think she’s mellowing out as she ages. (Cat not my daughter.)

Scott: if I hadn't seen her run up the tree in front of our home I probably wouldn't have seen her either. if you blow up the first picture you might see here if you saw her in the second picture.

Bub: thankfully we don't have any fleas now (knock on wood), but years ago we went thru a few years of giving our pets (dogs and cats) baths (or showers) often.

good luck

Wafer: so Fencetop looks like a KILLER too so does she bring home her catches like mine half does half alive, dead or half eaten?

Fencetop was likely a killer when she arrived - lost and hungry,

But it wasn't long before she became accustomed to the cushy life of a spoiled cat,

Shadow pretending he's king of the jungle although he's an indoor only cat other than this small fenced area outside. The little fella is a prolific rodent killer though.

We are down to one cat--Casey the Rescue Cat (who we were supposed to foster, but he never left...)

We moved all over though with our girl Coco--and one son of hers from each litter--Mr. Fred and Claude--sadly they succumbed to different problems quite close together 18, 18 and 17 years old .

Coco was the boss--also an Einstein cat, with an amazing ability to figure things out, and who also followed me around like a dog, especially when younger.

Here's a shot when we had a houseful on a spring day. Casey (foreground), Coco, Claude and Fred is under the chaise, almost invisible...

Never heard that term, gonna put that in my pocket and use it next time.

We have 2 tuxedos. One is really smart, the other one is cute. Unofficially we call them Pinky and the Brain. Guess which one is which?
