Nice work there roll the dice! Calipers are a PITA.
Pull those silicone plugs after you spray but before you cure (give 'em a little twist as you pull). It'll leave the threaded openings smoother without any 'tails' and also save you the hassle of having to clean cured powder off of them afterwards.
