So I have a decent Honda powered power washer that is rated at 2600psi that I bought at Lowes @5yrs ago. It works great but I had a recent issue that is making it well, useless.
The water outlet, where the sprayer hose connects, is completely stripped. Somehow it got cross threaded and in the process of taking it off it took all the threads off. The hose connection is brass but the part on the pump is some sort of aluminum or pot metal. I can't just replace the threaded end as it is all one unit that bolts onto the bottom of the pump.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there a replacement available that has a better brass attachment? Or do I just have a really nice engine on a useless dolly?
