Pressure washer help

Hello. First post here. I have a craftsman pressure washer that is at least 10-12 years old but with little use on it. It has a Briggs intek 6.75 hp engine. I had to replace the pump due to leaving water in it and allowing it to freeze and went with an "inexpensive" ebay pump. The washer works great for the first 15 minutes after a cold start. After that, it dies when you let off the handle but works fine otherwise. After a few more minutes the pressure seems to drop off, then come back in cycles. I thought I may have hurt the engine by turning it upside down while changing the pump?

Start with the basics. Is there oil in the pump and the engine? Use 30 non-detergent in the pump. The pump may have a sight glass As this is a Craftsman, the water supply is probably a hose. Is there a kink in the hose, or stuff in the hose? Remove the hose from the pump inlet and turn on the water. Is there enough water supply? There is probably some kind of pressure regulator at the outlet of the pump. That could be bad/worn out. It may also have frozen, or just be out of adjustment.

Pressure washer guy here, most likely inadequate water supply.

If it runs good for a bit then looses pressure, well is not keeping up or wifey is washing clothes or clogged inlet filter.
