Whatever happened to service after the sale?

I had recently received a $40 off a $90 order by phone or online from Staples.com.

All this just seems weird to me...
Whatever happened to service after the sale?
"How can I earn Staples Rewards for each ink cartridge I recycle?
You can recycle ANY ink or toner cartridges, up to 10 per calendar month per customer and receive $2 back in Staples Rewards per cartridge. Limit one Staples Rewards account per address. We will recycle additional cartridges but Rewards will only be issued for 10 per calendar month per customer. Your Ink Recycling Reward will arrive each month, separately from your other benefits."
That's not a bad deal at all, particularly if you can get a bunch of freebies from an office full of people. I'll bet you could talk to a goodwill or other thrift store and get all of the dead cartridges that ride in on their donated printers. Even if you can only get $20 a month, you're talking $60 every three months to spend on those tools staples sells.
I'm looking to purchase several proto sockets but staples doesn't list them. Does anyone know a good reliable website that sell the full Proto line at a fair price. Looking to purchase j52203 plus the j5024h as well as j52215. Any and all help is appreciated.

Staples, Amazon, WalMart, Overstock, they are all the same thing anymore.
Walmart killed that. Hell you don't even get service before or during the sale there.
